Full Body Activation

In this 4-week routine expect two upper body workouts, two lower body workouts, and two arm workouts within the week. In this routine we are focusing on full body activation - each workout recruits multiple muscle groups to get the body to respond and grow after coming off of a 2-month highly-detailed isolation routine. Reps in this routine are typically high and use moderate weight to drive blood to the muscle.
